一、政策概述
【IME club - 特務直播秀才藝、多人視訊遊戲、揪團約會】(以下簡稱「本應用程式」或「本平台」)是一款專為18歲以上成年人設計的社交約會應用程式。我們承諾提供安全、健康的社交環境,並嚴格禁止任何形式的兒少性虐待及剝削(Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, CSAE)行為。
本政策適用於所有使用本應用程式的用戶、內容創作者、合作夥伴及員工。肯班娛樂有限公司敬上。
二、零容忍聲明
2.1 嚴格禁止的行為
【I ME】對以下涉及兒少性虐待及剝削(CSAE)的行為採取零容忍態度:
兒童性虐待內容(CSAM)
任何形式的兒童性虐待圖像、影片或其他媒體內容
虛擬或電腦生成的兒童性虐待內容
卡通或動漫形式的兒童性內容
對未成年人的性剝削行為
性誘拐(Grooming):試圖與未成年人建立情感聯繫以進行性剝削
性勒索:威脅或要求未成年人提供性內容
性騷擾:對未成年人進行任何形式的性騷擾
涉及未成年人的不當內容
對未成年人身體的性化描述或暗示
涉及未成年人的性幻想或討論
將未成年人置於性情境中的內容
交易或分享CSAM
傳播、分享、交易或索求兒童性虐待內容
提供或索取涉及未成年人的私密照片
在平台上宣傳或連結至CSAM來源
其他相關行為
假扮未成年人以進行不當目的
誘導或鼓勵未成年人使用本應用程式
協助、教唆或掩護任何CSAE行為
2.2 法律依據
本政策基於以下法律法規制定:
中華民國刑法第227條至第229條(性侵害罪章)
中華民國兒童及少年福利與權益保障法
中華民國兒童及少年性剝削防制條例
其他國際兒童保護公約及準則
三、年齡限制與驗證
3.1 年齡要求
本應用程式僅限18歲以上成年用戶使用。我們在以下環節實施年齡限制:
應用程式商店設定: 17+ / 成人內容
註冊流程: 要求用戶輸入出生日期
年齡驗證: 系統自動計算並拒絕未滿18歲的註冊申請
3.2 持續監控
即使用戶已通過初始註冊,本平台仍保留以下權利:
隨時要求用戶提供年齡證明文件
使用技術手段檢測可疑帳號
與第三方驗證服務合作確認用戶年齡
對疑似未成年的帳號進行調查並暫時凍結
3.3 虛假年齡的處理
若發現用戶提供虛假年齡資訊:
立即永久封禁帳號
刪除所有個人資料及內容
不予退還任何已付費用
必要時向監護人及相關單位通報
四、檢舉機制
4.1 檢舉管道
我們提供多種便捷的檢舉管道,鼓勵所有用戶檢舉任何疑似違反兒童安全的內容或行為:
應用程式內檢舉
個人資料頁面: 每個用戶資料頁面右上角的「...」選單中有「檢舉」選項
聊天室/訊息: 長按訊息可選擇「檢舉此訊息」
直播間: 直播畫面中的「!」圖示可進行檢舉
動態/貼文: 每則動態右下角有檢舉按鈕
檢舉類別包括:

4.2 檢舉資訊保護
匿名保護: 檢舉人身份將受到嚴格保密
無報復政策: 嚴禁對檢舉人進行任何形式的報復
錯誤檢舉: 善意但錯誤的檢舉不會受到懲罰

五、處理措施
5.1 內容審查流程
當收到檢舉或系統偵測到可疑內容時:
第一階段: 初步評估 (1小時內)
自動化系統進行初步篩查
人工審查員進行緊急評估
確認案件嚴重程度
第二階段: 詳細調查 (24小時內)
收集相關證據(截圖、對話記錄、IP位址等)
評估是否違反政策及法律
諮詢法律顧問(必要時)
第三階段: 執行處置 (24小時內)
移除違規內容
處罰違規帳號
向執法機關報告(必要時)
通知檢舉人結果(保護隱私前提下)
5.2 違規處罰措施
對違規用戶的處罰:
輕度違規(如不當暗示、邊緣內容)
警告通知
暫時限制功能(7-30天)
強制參加安全教育
中度違規(如多次邊緣行為、疑似引誘)
暫時封禁帳號(30-90天)
凍結虛擬資產
列入監控名單
重度違規(如CSAM、性剝削行為)
永久封禁帳號
沒收所有虛擬資產,不予退費
向執法機關報案
追究法律責任
永久禁止再次註冊
對違規內容的處理:
立即下架並刪除
保留證據備份(配合調查需要)

5.3 向執法機關報告
對於嚴重的CSAE案件,本平台將:

七、員工培訓與責任

7.2 員工責任
所有工作人員有義務:
發現CSAE內容或行為時立即報告
嚴格遵守保密協議
不得私自處理或刪除證據
配合內部及外部調查
7.3 違規處分
員工若違反兒童安全政策:
輕度疏失: 警告、降級、強制培訓
重度違規: 立即解僱、追究法律責任
涉及CSAE: 向執法機關報案

十二、法律聲明
12.1 適用法律
本政策依據中華民國法律制定,並遵守所有適用的國際兒童保護公約。

因本政策引起的爭議,以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
12.3 政策效力
本政策構成【I ME】使用者條款的一部分,與其他政策發生衝突時,以對兒童保護最有利的條款為準。

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Service refers to the Application.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
